I PRACTICAL INFORMATIONThe time allocated per talk, including discussion, is 20 minutes for oral presentations. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to adapt the length of talks to accommodate the conference timetable. Speakers should prepare their talk in such a way that approximately 5 minutes are reserved for discussion. No more than a dozen slides can be usefully demonstrated in a 15-minute time span! Make a duplicate if you need to refer to the same slide later. Slides must be handed over to the operator at least 20 minutes before the symposium starts, or at the beginning of the coffee break. They should be numbered in the correct sequence and marked with your name. For those who wish to use computer projection, a PC running PowerPoint will be available. At the conference the audiovisual support consists of a computer projector (beamer) (LCD projector), overhead projector & slide projector.
